Part of one of the largest & most reputable Retail Groups in the country, based out of Manukau you will be given the opportunity to develop your career whilst managing a strong sales team!About The Role:This role requires a supportive, sales focused Store Manager with Jewellery experience, to help drive and coach this team of 6 staff. You will be a bubbly and competent leader who is capable of driving sales and leading by example.Leading, coaching & driving your team to achieve KPIs & Targets
Ensuring your team provide a seamless customer experience
Managing all stock and store visual merchandising duties
Rostering, performance management & recruitment of staff
Skills and Attributes required:Experience in the Jewellery sector/knowledge of the Jewellery industry
Experience in leading a sales team of 5+
The ability to demonstrate how you drive your team KPIs and budgets
Strong customer rapport through a consultative sales approach
Perks of the role:Tuesday-Saturday roster 40-45 hours per week
$50k-$55k per annum
Commission & management bonus structure
