Store Manager - Gisborne Tank

We're looking for an energetic and customer focused Store Manager to join our Gisborne Store!

Our people are passionate about our brand and our food, ideally, you will value healthy eating and healthy living.

Our Store Managers are our Team Leaders, managing the Store and a team of people you will be able to have performance conversations when needed, and coach team members to be their best selves. You will be responsible for ensuring that you are ordering the right items at the right times, making sure the store is running smoothly, and the team is working to their full potential.

This is a great development role if you are ready to fulfil your potential as a leader and grow as an operational manager.

As a Manager, applicants for this role must have full-time availability and be willing to work one weekend day every week.
