What's in it for you: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30PM, NO Weekend Work Great pay rate for the right candidate Immediate start available to the right candidate Support from your Programmed Manager and local branch Full FREE Access to our Employee Assistance Program for yourself and your family Key Duties but not limited: Process Purchase Order (PO) requests sent by the Field Service Manager (FSM) and external suppliers/subcontractors, with confirmation and approval by the FSM. Receipting (Goods Receipting) delivery of received materials. Communicate with Technicians to collect ordered and arrived materials. Process the NZ Post Manifest for Drop Point to dispatch received materials. Process stock issuance of material requests in SAP and dispatch to technician Drop Point locations to collect. Process invoices for payment (received from Accounts Payable), checking thoroughly for accuracy and coding appropriately. Replenish stock when materials arrive after Goods Receipting as per Reorder Point (ROP) (not required daily). Check Package Service Repairs (PSR) requests for FSM to close any un-received materials or released requests. Process coding of expenses from emails received from Concur Solutions (Credit Card) Requirements: Proficient in SAP and preferably familiar with stock management and issuing of material/parts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, (though not required). A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service to our clients and brokers.
