You'll be responsible for assisting in the management of temporary traffic management requirements across the region. Other responsibilities include:
Site setups
Mentoring fellow workmates with TTM
Managing TTM sites
Managing resources, including people and TTM equipment
About you Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work some weekends. We offer time and a half-paid after 40 hours. You will use your good people skills to build genuine and lasting relationships with our customers, and our people (we're one big whanau). In addition, you will have the skills and experience to help us achieve our strategic objectives. Other desirable skills and attributes include:
Minimum Class 1 full licence but class 2 would be preferable
Level 1 STMS
Ability to lead set up of temporary sites to provide a safe work environment for workers and Public alike
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clear expectations to your team with regards to TTM
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant job and work instruction
Attention to detail alongside reactive and sharp problem solving skills
An unwavering commitment toward living safely and using Fulton Hogan values
Ability to use IT devices, iPad/iPhone
Minimum of 1 years' experience working within traffic management
Take personal responsibility for the safety of your workmates, the environment, public and yourself
