Auckland City, AucklandStaff Nurse - EndocrinologyCloses 19 May 2020Posted 29 Apr 2020Enhance your nursing experience working with New Zealand's leading DHBPermanent, part time position (24 hours per week)Due to the retirement of one of our senior nurses the Endocrinology Department is seeking applications for an Endocrinology nurse to join the team. This is a level 3-4 registered nurse post and the successful applicant will join the Endocrine Nurse group who provide a range of services in the Greenlane Clinical Centre.We are looking for a nurse with excellent communication skills that can work within a team as well as autonomously. The role includes working with both adult and paediatric patients. Clinical experience in IV cannulation and phlebotomy is important and further education will be provided related to specialist endocrine testing. The role also includes provision of infusions within the Endocrine Department for other speciality patients.
