Speech Pathologist

Position Overview: As a Speech Pathologist in this team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, paediatric, adult or mixed, providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services. You will be working closely with a supportive team to help clients reach their communication and swallowing goals.
We have multiple locations available, in the North, South and East of Brisbane and the North and Central Sunshine Coast. Each location has a diverse and exciting caseload, there is plenty of potential for every clinician. Find your niche in the field and develop yourself to your fullest potential. Opportunities are available for those fresh to the industry as well as more experienced professionals. What you will bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly with paediatric or mixed caseloads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for helping clients achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client's speech and language needs.
Develop individualised treatment plans and goals.
Provide therapy and intervention to clients, addressing communication and swallowing disorders.
Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
Collaborate with other allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education in speech pathology.
