Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE), Permanent Location: School-based, Whangarei Salary range: $56,757 to $95,400 (based on qualifications and experience) Role and responsibilities: We are seeking a professionally confident and creative speech language therapist who has a strong interest in working with learners facing complex communication, physical, sensory, and behavioral challenges. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our educational team to design and implement programs that support students' communication needs. Keeping up with evidence-based and current practices is essential for this role. While knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is advantageous, it's not mandatory. Qualifications and requirements: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following: A recognized Degree in Speech and Language Therapy. Registration with NZSTA (New Zealand Speech-language Therapists' Association) and an Annual Practising Certificate (or eligibility to register with NZSTA). A full Driver's License.
