An opportunity exists for a Specialist Anaesthetist who holds FFPMANZCA (or equivalent), or a specialist Anaesthetist who can demonstrate an interest in Pain Medicine, to join the Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management at Health New Zealand, Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. 
This is a permanent full-time position based at Tauranga Hospital with a commitment to supporting services across the Bay of Plenty, including Rotorua and Whakatane Hospitals. 
For the right candidate, a part-time position can be considered. 
You will join a department and location that are experiencing growth. As a team member with a commitment providing a Pain Service across the Bay of Plenty, you will participate in all other parts of the service provision including providing care for all age groups, afterhours service, Obstetrics and Acute Care.
