This role is a Full-Time role working across 7 days a week, availability to work over weekends will be a requirement. On one day you will need to be able to produce meals in large volume whilst on another serving an la carte menu, another a five star dinner or regimental dinner and always to strict timelines. You will need to be flexible in the areas you work and on occasion take the responsibility for running the kitchen.He korero mou / About you:If you're our ideal candidate, you will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. You will already have at least 3 years' proven work experience in a similar role, bulk cooking and fine dining experience and you will hold food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 and 168). Bakery experience is not essential but is a bonus. Full license ideal. You will competently juggle multiple demands within a challenging environment.
