As a Solution Architect you will design solutions that deliver business outcomes, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture and the Bank's frameworks and practices. You will be involved in a pipeline of work that delivers on a defined roadmap during an exciting phase of transformation.
Our solution architects play a key role in enabling change through providing advice and guidance across our agile delivery squads and to our Digital Solutions & Security leadership team.
You would join a strong team of skilled and experienced people who are creative, collaborative, committed to growing each other's knowledge, and passionate about creating great digital experiences.

You'll have proven experience in solution architecture, exposure to a wide range of technologies, can think outside the box, and can effectively present complex ideas to a wide variety of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you'll also have:
Relevant tertiary qualification/5 years' experience as a Solution Architectknowledge and experience with architecture modelling methodologiesknowledge and understanding of security architecture and NZISMexperience implementing cloud-based services - Azure, Microsoft365, and SaaS productsexperience with large scale data initiatives (cloud and on prem)excellent relationship management skills and the ability to gain buy-in from stakeholdersexperience managing the delivery of quality solution architecturean interest in new and emerging technologiesNga painga - What we offer
