Taylor Shaw is a vibrant and well-regarded law firm based in the Christchurch CBD.We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2 to 4 years' experience to join our firm and develop their career in our busy Property Team.We offer a competitive salary, excellent training, and a great working environment. We work collaboratively and ensure you have the support necessary to take your career where you want it to go.As part of the team, you will work alongside our Consultant and Senior Associate and work closely with our tight knit group across a range of interesting work, including property, trusts, and estate planning. There will also be scope for commercial work within the team.A snapshot of this work includes:Residential and commercial conveyancing, including subdivision work;Advising clients on asset protection;Drafting wills and enduring powers of attorney; andAdvising on the establishment and administration of trustsOur ideal candidate will be bright, confident, and enjoy a bit of banter. We are looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships with clients and fellow team members, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
