Over the last 10 years, Lightforce has installed more solar systems than any other independent installer in NZ and we're fast becoming a known and trusted brand.The opportunityWe have a great opportunity for a high performing and well-connected sales professional to join our thriving team, building the Lightforce brand and spearheading our growth in the Kerikeri region and surrounding areas:Customer base: Build our residential sales pipeline and investigate new, untapped business opportunities.Customised solutions: Conducting on-site and virtual consultations, guiding both business clients and residential customers through custom solar energy solutions that meet their unique needs.Relationship building and management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the key decision makers and with individual homeowners throughout the sales process and beyond.Market research: Staying up to date on solar industry trends, incentives, and financing options to provide the most informed recommendations.Team Collaboration: This is not just a solo sales job. You'll also be collaborating with multiple stakeholders including marketing, engineering and operations to ensure the successful execution of projects and deliver exceptional customer experiences.About youYou'll have 2+ experience in B2B targeted prospecting or B2C sales, ideally in the solar or renewable energy industry.You'll be commercially savvy, comfortable with numbers and financial models.Systems guru required! Experience with Salesforce would be valuable.We're seeking a natural relationship builder who can deliver the highest standards of client service.
