WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Our developers work on a range of systems, from our student-facing app (the Crimson app), to our internal sales and marketing systems, and our website. The role of the Software Team Leader is to take responsibility, provide guidance and give support across his/her assigned scrum team whilst also carrying out hands-on development, maintenance and quality assurance of software applications. You will support Crimson's developers by effectively managing their performance, providing technical direction and coaching them through structured professional development.
