Your Role As a Software Developer in our Napier office , you will play a key role in the Development Team; designing, developing, modifying, managing bugs, documenting and deploying complex software to the highest level of quality whilst mentoring more junior members of the team.
Your Responsibilities Write and maintain code to system requirements and technical specifications meeting quality standardsProvide support with diagnosing and correcting complex production issuesDirect system testing and validation procedures Identify technology limitations in current application and codeYour Experience Experience with .NET 4.0/4.5 in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core and SQL ServerSkills to design and build great web applications with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScriptExperience developing solutions for the Cloud/SaaS technical web environments - particularly, experience working with the Microsoft Azure platform would be usefulAn ability to write beautiful code that runs quickly and robustly - and initiative to debug, fix and improve existing codeA flair for developing excellent user interface and experienceA desire to work in a busy, fast-paced, dynamic environment with a great teamBonus points for experience with technologies such as Azure Functions, Docker, Redis, Cosmos DBOur cultureis very important to us too, and we strongly believe in living out our core values:
