Software Developer / Analyst Programmer - Integration

Permanent, full-time role for an ICT graduate

The Team
CDHB are looking for an ICT graduate with an interest in analysis and development, to join our small business integration team. This team designs and builds various routes across our growing digital network, and this role will give the right person the opportunity to learn best practice in integration design, build and governance.
The Role
This is a hands on technical role where you will be responsible for taking changes right from the analysis stage, through to production. You'll be writing the documents and developing code.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Developing and managing our Integration framework which manages the communication between a large number of internal and external systems, delivering seamless clinical solutions across the South Islands health system

Ideally you will poses the following skills:
Must have proven problem solving skills
Basic understanding of how networks work
Familiar with JavaScript
Experience writing and executing SQL
Experience with an integration engine is desirable
Some commercial development experience would be an advantage
A can do attitude and a willingness to learn is essential
