Social Media Manager - Work From Home

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at Anzco Foods. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in social media management. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.2. Create engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing. Requirements:1. Independent and confident personality traits to work effectively in a remote environment.2. Strong people management and leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of social media specialists.3. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.6.
