Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.2. Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.3. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns.4. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.6. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing and business goals.7. Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.8. Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.9. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.10. Work with external agencies and influencers to amplify the brand's presence on social media platforms.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.9. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.10.
