Work experience - Inbound lead generation experience – Social Media and content marketing
- Photography & Video experience would be amazing, as the role not only relies on running and managing the social accounts but shooting & creating the content.
- Experience with growing and showing ROI with social campaigns
- B2B experience – know how to support the sales team
- Content and collateral development skills – from landing pages to how-to videos, you can build stuff (at least a reasonable first draft).
- Experience in the digital industry (bonus points)

- Customer-orientation – we’re looking for that special person who naturally seeks to understand customers, not just rational business needs, but what makes them tick as people.
- Can-do attitude – you will need to create a path forward where none exists, so be ready to come up with the answers (or maybe even the questions).
