Locally based team in Wellington with support throughout NewZealand, Australia and ENGIE globally.
Identify and develop professional relationshipsto secure the growth of small projects activity for the service branch
Provide a high level of project managementadvice to ensure the achievement of quality outcomes and reports
Define project scope, goals and deliverablesthat support business goals in collaboration with senior management andstakeholders
Develop full-scale project plans and associatedcommunications documents
Estimate and provide support in the estimationof project costs, scoping, and implementation of projects across the regions
Engage and supervise internal and externalcontractors, ensuring quality service delivery within required timeframes
Manage the overall project schedule andcoordinate the interfaces between contractors and ENGIE Services
Coach, mentor and motivate project team membersand contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountabilityfor their assigned work
Extensive project management experience,including all aspects of process development and execution
Familiarity with project management software,such as Microsoft Office Project
Experience at working both independently and ina team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Experience in HVAC and Refrigeration ispreferred
Excellent communication and time managementskills
Strong customer service skills
