Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for a Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) to join our Wellington Transport Alliance (WTA) whanau and contribute to the good work we are known for.This role will see you work amongst with a close-knit team whose mission is to safely connect the Wellington region.The jobWhat makes (WTA) special is the variety of work that we are involved in. We manage the State Highway network in Wellington region and we all know that no two roads are the same.This will allow you to grow your skills, progress your career and of course make some great relationships along the way.Some of the day to day tasks include;Managing the temporary traffic management requirements across the Wellington Transport Alliance networkSite setupsMentoring and being a role model for fellow Workmates with TTMManaging TTM sitesReport all incidents, accidents and near missesProactively lead the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone on site in line with company standards, procedures and regulations.You will need to be flexible as this role will require you to work overtime and weekends when necessary.What's in it for you?At the WTA we truly care about our people.
