Site Operations Manager - Seafood

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

managing day-to-day operations including the effective leadership of the operations team across production, logistics and quality
the daily execution of health and safety, quality, cost, productivity, service, and people development targets across the processing operation
working collaboratively with internal and external customers to support business strategy, innovation, and to support change and continuous improvement

be experienced in operational management
have previous experience in the seafood or food processing industry
have good organisational skills with the ability to identify and prioritise important issues and tasks
have an understanding of quality assurance and food safety systems
have had exposure to and knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements, and best practice good manufacturing practice (GMP)
have presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
have demonstrated project management and implementation experience
be computer literate across both Microsoft Office and manufacturing applications (eg, NAV, Marel)
have problem solving and decision making abilities, demonstrating clear solution strategy and corrective action planning.
