Your new role
As a seasoned or experience Site Manager, you will either be sole charge of smaller quick turn-around projects or be apart of a significant build along side others up to the value of $100m. You key responsibility will include:
Health and Safety
QA
Tool box talks
Staff and Sub-contractor management
Client and consultant meetings
Reading plans
Updating and implementing short programmes
Conflict Resolution
Planning and scheduling

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have New Zealand experience delivering Commercial Construction projects on time and on budget.
