Site Manager (Commercial & Industrial) - Fifo

Projects are in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, this business can support FIFO (Fly in Fly Out) with travel, accommodation and living away allowances paid for the right people.
The Job
With new project wins you will join a team about to deliver new build work in the $5m -$20m range on. This will be design build projects and working with an experienced PM and QS your focus will be the ownership, management and leadership of site activity. You will safely drive the construction program to delivers a quality building in a timely manner.
You will develop short term construction programmes, identify construction risks, manage all site reporting and have oversight of Heath & Safety.
A key focus will be your ability to work closely with client and specialist consultants and quickly problem solves any issues.
Projects could be in Wellington or more regional so a willingness to travel would be advantageous.
Required background
New Zealand experienced site manager, trade or tertiary qualifications

Proven success on managing New Zealand based projects over $5m in value.

Experienced in the dairy, food processing beverage or similar sectors an advantage

Good with project systems and reporting

Positive and motivating leadership style.

A proven ability to build collaborative working relationships.

Design Build experience advantageous
