Have a university degree with an engineering qualification (B. Eng. from a Washington Accord University)Have 2+ years on-site experience in civil construction or recent graduateEnjoy being on site and delivering as part of a teamTake pride in your workHave a good sense of humourYou will need to be able to maintain a high level of integrity in your work and enjoy developing your technical skills. You will also possess excellent people skills, in order to develop and maintain genuine relationships with our clients and our people.
