You will be responsible for driving world-class manufacturing within a high growth business environment.Comprehensive understanding of workplace health & safetyLead the operational team ensuring execution of plans that support Company strategy and direction.Lead, develop and enable a high-performance team, to achieve continuous improvement.Investigate production and quality related issues through conducting RCA's using problem solving tools.Work with key stakeholders to understand areas of improvement using both statistical analysis and operator feedback to develop projects and improve production efficiencies.Your Skills & ExperienceStrong experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally food, beverage or dairy.Previous success in a manufacturing or production leadership roles within a complex environment.Strong problem-solving skillsExperience in managing large, diverse teams of people.In-depth understanding of operations, optimising processes, efficiency gains and implementing best practice through continuous improvement.Keen contributor to Risk Assessments and HACCP plans, with proven experience and understanding of RMP, FCP and/or FSSC22000 compliance certification.To be successful in this role you'll have a demonstrated understanding of a FMCG environment and experience in Food Manufacturing.This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation with an ability to make a real difference.
