We are on the hunt for a Showroom Consultant to join our friendly Hawkes Bay branch. Brief Role Description: This Full-time Showroom consultant role is an exciting opportunity to work for a market leading kitchen company, in a stunning showroom with a truly great team culture. Each day will be unique but can consist of the following: Opening and closing the showroom. You will be the 1st point of contact with walk-ins and by phone, responding to emails, liaising with the Designers, Operations Manager and installers where needed. Everyday housekeeping, pickup/drop offs, and sorting of the inwards goods. Manage the showroom to a "WOW" standard as it reflects who we are and what we do. Opportunity for growth within the company. Our ideal Showroom Consultant candidate: Experience with CAD Software for interiors/kitchens preferred. Develop and maintain relationships with clients ensuring their expectations are met and managed. Able to support the Designers and the Operations Manager. Holds a driver's licence (Manual) for drop offs and pickups. Willingness to upskill to improve performance. Ability to work within a team as well as independently. Integrity and honesty. Ability to take clients from initial enquiry to design consultant. Enthusiasm and a get up and go attitude. A sense of humour. If this sounds like you?
