Shop Assistants

3 x Shop Assistants   We are a busy Indian Grocery,  Vege &  General Store in West Auckland. We are looking for 3 x Shop Assistants  Your day-to-day task will include but not limited to; Determining customer requirements and advising on product range, price, delivery, warranties and product use and care. Demonstrating and explaining to customers the establishment's goods and services. Selling food, beverages, and other groceries and household goods and services. Accepting payment for goods and services by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices. Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories and participating in stocktakes. Stacking and displaying goods for sale and wrapping and packing goods sold.   A successful candidate will need to be flexible to work different rotational shifts and be ready to work on weekends. Be a team player. Enjoy practical work and will be required to do some heavy lifting. Alert and safety conscious. Able to cope with the demands of the job.     Hourly wage rate: $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience and skills.   If you want to be part of a high-quality environment, we invite you to apply.   To be considered for this role you should be able to provide previous work references.
