Oji Fibre Solutions, part of a rapidlyexpanding global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions, requires a results-drivenSupply Chain Manager to join our corrugated packaging team. Our Yatala plantmanufactures corrugated boxes which play an important part in the presentation,protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat,Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.
We are looking for a results-driven, enthusiasticand self-motivated Production Shift Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Yatala QLD.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you willbe responsible for ensuring the shift runs smoothly andeffectively across the Corrugator and Converting areas. You will excel at driving productivity and performance throughyour people and leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
You must:
Be a hands-on people leader with the ability tolead, engage and inspire teams to deliver outcomes

Have a passionate for success and are resultsdriven

Ability to develop strong working relationshipswith internal stakeholders with the focus on customers

Thrive on working both independently and in ateam

Have exposure to 5S, GMP and food safety

Have strong Microsoft Office skills

You must have a background inmanufacturing and/or packaging. Tertiary qualifications in manufacturing,engineering or equivalent will be highly regarded.
