Job Description About the role Talley's Blenheim Branch has a vacancy for a Shellfish Meat Line & Vacpac Supervisor at our Land Based plant near Renwick. The position will include staff guidance and coaching, accurate document maintenance and ensuring company procedures and business rules are adhered to. This is a challenging role, where you will need to be highly organised and resilient, with strong attention to detail. This is a full-time role, rostered, with approx. 50 hours each week. You will work within a diverse and constantly changing operating environment, managing vacpac operations at our Blenheim shellfish facility. You will become part of a diverse team who strive to deliver a high standard of work and product. Based on your experience and qualifications , the pay rate for this position will range from $28 - $30 per hour. You will be working Monday – Friday (sometimes Saturday as directed) Normal hours of work: 3pm to 12:30am Qualifications Qualifications and Experience Who are you? You are a self-starter looking for a new adventure. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working hard and are honest, reliable and willing to learn. You will also be proactive, as the key task is to supervise the workforce and drive productivity.
