Are you ready for a new challenge within one of New Zealand's iconic organisations?
We are looking for a SharePoint / Information Manager to provide leadership with the management of the SharePoint platform.
Expert in this field, you will support the teams with the management of the platform and you will be responsible for associated third party products related to the SharePoint environment.
This role will suit an information management specialist who:
• Will improve the business efficiency by providing suitable new functionality
• Can engage easily with a team and external stakeholders
• Can plan and anticipate the new SharePoint functionalities
• Is proactive and bring new ideas on the table
Working closely with the IT manager, you will engage the migration to SharePoint online platform. We need someone who has:
• A strong experience working with SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint online
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Strong business analysis and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and able to meet deadlines
• Competency in the design and build of libraries and sites
• Experience developing training material and manage vendors
