About the role: As a SharePoint Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and contributing to Microsoft 365 deployments. Your primary focus will be ensuring that customers are delighted with our services. You will provide effective relationship management with clients, leading to their satisfaction and creating business development opportunities. You will understand and apply our philosophy and business processes to client projects while also contributing to the further development of our ways of working, strategies, tactics as well as products and services. Your commitment to quality work will ensure that all reasonable wants and needs of the customer are met in a timely manner so that the customer meets their objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and contribute to Microsoft 365 deployments ensuring customer satisfactionProvide effective relationship management with clients leading to their satisfaction and business development opportunitiesUnderstand and apply company philosophy and business processes to client projectsContribute to the further development of ways of working, strategy, tactics as well as products and servicesEnsure that your work is of an appropriate quality meeting all reasonable wants and needs of the customer in a timely mannerContribute to technical discussions, training, and problem solvingKey Requirements: A relevant tertiary qualification (Computer Science or Information Systems)At least 5 years experience with SharePoint / Office 365Microsoft certificationBroad and deep knowledge of Information Architecture and Project ManagementBroad and deep technical skills across SharePoint & TeamsSafe project management that meets client and company needsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and verballyGood team playerAbility to self-manage time and prioritise workWillingness to undertake a variety of rolesRobert Walters endeavours to review all applications in a maximum of five working days. Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per annum + Benefits
