1.0 FTE (80 hours per fortnight)
The Information Management Department is looking for a SharePoint Application Administrator to fill a full time role.
Applicants must have experience of delivering high value Systems in a complex environment. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a Health environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating the SharePoint sites as required
Preparation and delivery of training to personnel in the use of SharePoint.
Supporting the Information Technology Team across the spectrum of their digital delivery framework including the intranet, client websites and cloud-based SharePoint document management systems.
Documentation of processes and user guides across key business processes associated with the use of SharePoint.
Working with external service providers including outsourced IT providers or digital agencies to facilitate delivery of involved projects.
Providing ad-hoc support to teams as they work on new initiatives assisting in the development and analysis of the digital solution effectiveness.
Supporting ad-hoc digital solutions projects as required.
