Position Overview:

My client is currently looking to fill the role of either an Associate or Director within its BAS department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing top-notch client service, managing engagements, and playing a pivotal role in the firm's success.

Qualifications: For Associate Role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CA or equivalent professional qualification.Minimum of 5 years of relevant BAS experience.Strong analytical and communication skills. For Director Role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CA or equivalent professional qualification.Minimum of 6 years of progressive BAS experience, demonstrating leadership skills.Excellent client management and business development skills.
