About you: You'll take real pride in your work and machinery itself. You'll be self-motivated, have excellent problem-solving skills and have a strong work ethic. You will need:
A qualification in automotive heavy engineering or diesel mechanic Excellence in diagnostics and have a sound understanding of electronics and hydraulics. A full driver's license. A background in agricultural tractors and machinery Good communication skills to liaise with people at all levels. To understand and manage customer expectations.
