They are on the lookout for a Service Supervisor to join their small team. Being a smaller business you will get involved with the management and support of the service team, liaising with clients for supply of service, support and new equipment, take service bookings and organising logistics.
The successful person will also be required to maintain stock levels of raw materials and consumables, ensure shelves are stocked and order parts when necessary, help out with assembly and fitting tasks when it’s all hands on deck, and also lead the development of a H&S system for the company.
The ideal person will also be able to implement an ERP system to track, forecast and order components for both service and production, and always be looking at other ways to improve the running of the business.
You will be a huge driver towards the company culture, ethos and environment, building up the team and helping to make it a great place to work.
To be successful in your application, you will need:Experience working as a service coordinator or manager
Excellent ERP knowledge to Implement new system
Hands on engineering background would be an advantage
Health and Safety knowledge
Great team player
High attention to detail
