Service Station Site Leader

The site leader leads a team of people to deliver exceptional customer service and engagement in the shop food and coffee zone and the forecourt with a responsibility for health safety and wellbeing of other staff members and customers The site leader must be a person of exemplary leadership of themselves and with others to deliver outstanding and consistent results that are underpinned to company values Service Station is located in Highland Park Auckland The successful applicant needs to demonstrate at least one year of relevant industry experience is willing to work any day any shift including weekends and public holidays to run a 16 hours 7 days a week 365 days fuel retail business Essential Requirements 1 Hold a minimum Diploma in Business or relevant equivalent 2 Have two years of experience in the fuels retail management industry Managerial experience of a large fuel retail site that has Food Coffee Cafe 3 NZ Citizen or have NZ permanent residency or hold a valid NZ work visa Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa YOU MUST APPLY BEFORE 31ST OF MARCH 2020
