Accessible Properties is seeking a dedicated Service Response Coordinator to join our team in Tauranga.As the primary point of contact for our tenants, you will play a crucial role in managing maintenance requests, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive tenant relationships. Your responsibilities will include promptly logging and addressing maintenance requests, coordinating with internal departments for efficient resolution, and maintaining accurate documentation according to company policies and procedures.
