Service Receptionist

Mount Gravatt Mazdais growing and with new Mazda models arriving, and to keep up with demand, we currently have an opportunity available for an experiencedfull time Service Receptionistas we are seeking the talents of an energetic team player, customer service orientated, results driven person to join ourService Department.

This position is very important in our company as the successful person is the voice and face of our company.

Working closely with the Service Operations Manager, Service Manager and a strong service team,You will be responsible for:
operate and maintain the switchboard,
handle all incoming calls in an efficient manner,
ensure all mail is distributed correctly,
prepare, manage and close off Repair Orders noting customers' requirements and requests,
assist with scheduling of booking, and
ensure customer waiting areas are kept neat and tidy.

As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:
some experience in a service and/or customer relations role
strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable
have excellent organisational and time management skills
intermediate PC skills
be a team player and
be able to work autonomously

Only candidates with previous customer service experience or in a similar role within the automotive industry should apply. This is a full-time position, will require the successful person to work the business hours ofMonday to Friday from 8.00 AM until 5.00 PM.
