As a Service Manager, you will:
Lead a team of experienced workshop and field service staff
Schedule repairs and monitor progress
Proactively assist in increasing our client base
Ensure great customer satisfaction with exceptional service to our Agricultural, Residential and Golf & Turf customers

To join our team you will need:
Management experience in a service department or workshop preferrable.
Agricultural equipment industry experience an advantage
Exceptional communication skills with internal and external customers
An understanding of department financial reports
Good leadership skills
Competent computer skills
