Service Desk Casual – 6 weeks
We are an internal shared services provider of information technology and advisory services to the Freightways Business Group. It is responsible for managing Freightways' overall information technology infrastructure and maintaining relationships with selected technology suppliers.
Who am I?
A Uni student with some work experience looking for the right opportunity.
You could be a gamer, web designer, code writer or PC builder.
Overall you will be a Technology enthusiast.
What will you do in this role?
You will learn and take over the support and repair process for Mobile Device Terminals (Courier Scanners).
You will be involved in the decommissioning and return of scanners following a new scanner roll out.

Fast learner PC troubleshooting skills Can work unsupervised Team player Attention to detail Multi-Tasking Excellent Communication Skills
Your background:

You may be a computer gamer You may have worked in customer services or a computer/technology store Have had exposure to computer hardware, networks, servers etc… You may have done some computer studies and are just after a break to get in to the industry.
This could be just the right opportunity for getting your foot in door of the IT world.
