Technically you will ideally know:
The following technologies would be preferred - Messaging, Citrix, Cloud, Office365 and Skype for Business.

Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
Relevant IT industry certification(s) would be advantageous

Note: We are a 24/7 365 environment. You will need to be prepared to work 2:30pm to 11:00pm either Tuesday to Saturday or Tuesday to Saturday 7am - 3:30pm for at least the first 6-12 months of your Spark life. There will be the opportunity to move to 'day' shifts after this time.
