Details of the offer

We are seeking customer inspired professionals to join our team, delivering superior service and technical solutions to our corporate customers, ensuring the calls and faults handling is managed to customer expectations and within SLA's.
You will need to be up for a fast paced inbound call centre environment where you'll be logging accurate information whilst delivering expert customer service on every call.
On top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have:
Customer service experience where you've loved handling the tough stuff
Exceptional English communication skills over the telephone
Proficient typing skills
Experience with computers and technology
Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and a explaining to end users in basic terms
Advanced problem solving skills
A positive "can-do" attitude
Great teamwork skills
You don't need any formal qualifications, but it will help. We support our customers around the clock so you'll need to be willing to work on a rostered basis, including some weekend shifts.
