This is a shift base role but nothing before 7 am or after 7 pm! Responsibilities include: To provide first level technology support, monitoring, and customer service to MediaWorks staff.Responding to incidents, outages, alerts and requests from the business.Acting as the first line of communication and investigation for MediaWorks Technology Teams.About You: A strong foundation in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively.Enjoy helping others and building positive relationships is crucialA genuine interest in technology and an eagerness to learn.
