Service Design Lead

Our client is on the lookout for a Service Design Lead to develop service design solutions across a number of key accounts.
You will be involved in transition activities from one vendor to another where you will need to do the planning and support. You will also need to ensure service designs are completed in a timely manner, costings are appropriate and develop internal service capability documents.
Skills and experience we are after include;
Experience designing service solutions for large scale companiesSolid ITIL experience - Design, transition, process architecture, ImplementationStrong business and commercial skillsStakeholder negotiation skillsNetwork / Telco skills are a big plus
