Service Delivery Manager - Rural and Provincial Delivery Partners | Christchurch/CanterburyWe are currently seeking applications for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) vacancy in Christchurch West. Based from our George Bellew Road Depot the successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the full remit of our SDM duties which includes:
leading and managing the front-line service delivery staffManaging health and wellbeing of our staff and couriersEnsuring that service standards within the Delivery Service Centre and local area are being consistently met or exceededFacilities ManagementContractor Management and ComplianceThis position also has responsibility forRural and Provincial Delivery Partners therefore experience working with external contractors and partners would be advantageous.
You will already be a high performer with a proven track record within a similar role, within a similar organisation to our own. You will be ready to take the next step in your career and will be able to clearly articulate that you have great leadership skills and a solid understanding of our business, or the ability to learn our business quickly thanks to your career history within similar commercial services organisations.
