We are seeking a Service Delivery Administrator to join our Service Delivery Operations team on a full-time basis based at our head office at Coorparoo.
If you are a customer service driven person with experience in the IT or Telecommunications industry and a background in leadership in Helpdesk Administration, Workflow Coordination / Scheduling and looking to continue to grow your career then we are looking for you to join our team.
Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be involved in the coordination of our local Service Delivery Teams and the daily operations of Service Desk staff. The role requires a strong customer focus and will require the ability to work successfully in a team environment under instruction, whilst also being able to work unsupervised where necessary.
As the Service Delivery Administrator, you will be accountable and responsible for the following;
Take overall ownership of the incident and request ticket queue from New to Completed/Resolved and ensure that all tickets are responded to and actioned in a timely manner to satisfy our partners and customers SLAs
To deliver an outstanding level of customer service and communication to all internal and external stakeholders
First point of contact for incident escalations
Ensuring that all Service Delivery work is finalised with accurate and relevant information and processed efficiently through to invoicing
To maximise the productivity of the Service Delivery staff
To optimise company revenue and cashflow by the timely scheduling of works and management of Azentro Work in Progress (WiP)
To be successful in this role it is essential that you can demonstrate experience and strong skills in the following areas:
Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service/Helpdesk role and adhering to SLA/KPI.
High level of Customer Service skills and the ability to positively communicate
Good skills with Microsoft Office and E-Mail products
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively decipher costumer requests and the ability to provide timely and accurate responses
Good time management skills. This role will work as a member of the Service Delivery team across two states and must be able to be proactive in their day to day activities
Knowledge of, or experience of working within an ITIL and/or ISO9001 environment would also be advantageous but not necessary.
