Join our leading company in Petone for a challenging and rewarding full-time position as Service and Compliance Coordinator in our Operations Support services team. Role and Responsibilities: Handle all communications, inbound and outbound calls, and emails in accordance with established processes. Directly coordinate and plan the daily activities of Field Service Technicians. Schedule daily and advance work assignments for technicians, ensuring a first-time fix in compliance with legislated tolerances, SLA's, and KPI's. Adhere to national standard processes and customer-specific processes for various daily activities, including a first call resolution mindset on all calls/emails. Assess and solve problems, addressing underlying causes to prevent recurrence. Provide support to colleagues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve and enhance activities as customer and business requirements change. Manage day-to-day building compliance requirements for the region, issuing 12A and BWOF with sufficient lead time. Assist in planning and organizing key activities for the Central Region, including client, supplier, and technician liaison, issuing purchase orders, and invoicing. Liasing directly with: Customers Technicians Branch Managers/Supervisors – Service installers. Sales team. Operations Support Teams National Key Accounts Functional Support General Management. Key Requirements: Ideally experience in the Fire Industry with a sound understanding of compliance requirements, regulations, and NZ standards. Demonstrated ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers, fostering long-term relationships. High level of interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Skills and experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Pronto Xi, Word, and Excel. Clear and concise report writing skills. Ensure on-time delivery of results through the coordination of field tech, sub-contractors, IQP, and self. Attributes: Customer-centric with an uncompromising approach to quality service.
