Service Advisor - Armstrong's Nissan Wellington Base salary + bonus scheme Full time, permanent position Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Armstrong's is excited to grow its presence in Wellington with a new Nissan site in the city. We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! Previous experience in a similar role preferred.As a Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of our service department, responsible for providing a seamless and outstanding experience for our customers. Your role will involve coordinating and scheduling service appointments, liaising with customers to understand their vehicle needs, and effectively communicate with our technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and professionally Schedule and manage service appointments, optimising workshop efficiency Listen attentively to customers concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues, providing detailed information to the technicians for diagnostics and repairs Provide accurate cost estimates and clearly explain service options to customers, obtaining approval before proceeding with any work Keep customers informed and updated about the progress of their vehicle service Coordinate loan vehicles Process service orders and invoicing Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry would be advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers Strong organisation and time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment A Full Drivers License Right to work in NZ - We are currently only accepting applications from candidates within New Zealand We can offer you: A remuneration package reflective of your experience - Base + Bonuses!
