Who is ambitious, focused, a quick and willing learner, with energy and plenty of initiative. And who can work autonomously as well as cohesively with the team and has a great sense of humour! THE RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and document opportunities for improvement to machinery productivity through preventative maintenance.Communicating with key stakeholders, including telephone communication directly with large manufacturing customers.Contract generation, renewal and document management (using SAP).Compiling and reviewing service reports.Generation of SAP service quotations combining a complete offering such as service, parts, retrofits, machine optimisation and training.Assisting in the creation of service kits tailored for PMA's and service plans.Providing comprehensive monthly status updates and reports.Overseeing the planning board, accurately booking service orders and liaising internally to prioritize effectively.Facilitating the procurement of purchase order parts (in liaison with spare parts division).Providing backup support to the Service Coordinator which would encompass contacting customers and scheduling technicians for repair work and preventative maintenance, including travel arrangements, quotations and invoicing.Hours for this role are between 7am-5pm Mon-Fri – 40 hours per week, ideally 8.30am-5pm (but flexibility to start early / finish early is also available).HOW TO APPLYPlease apply now by clicking the "APPLY NOW" button.
