About the Role
As aSeniorUX Researcher,you'll play an integral part in leading and executing user research efforts across our teams. This role will see you using a mix of UX research methods from deep dive ethnographic interviews to usability testing. Effectively communicating your research findings and developments, you will be an ambassador for user centred design principles and best practice within the respected teams. As a senior within the team, you will have the ability to mentor and train intermediate UX Researchers as well as train a variety of roles in UX research foundation skills, planning, facilitating and analysis.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a true passion for customer research. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a User Experience, Customer Experience or Human Centred Design (HCD) role. Working with a range of research tools and methodologies, you will have the ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team. A qualification is HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field would be highly desirable.
